Description

Join a global, collaborative design team to bring the Workiva brand to life across digital and print experiences. Through dedicated mentorship and feedback, you’ll refine your design, communication, and project management skills while balancing creative excellence with business goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for digital and print channels
• Execute brand-consistent projects across digital/web experiences, promotional and social advertising, marketing banners, event booths and collateral, eBooks and white papers, and presentations/sales materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team and contribute creative ideas
• Maintain and evolve brand style guidelines, templates, and iconography
• Organize and maintain libraries of approved creative assets and brand resources
• Refine and design presentations to support a consistent and polished visual identity
• Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback before sharing with stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Portfolio or examples of design work
• Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (remote communication is essential)
• Strong time management skills and ability to confidently manage deadlines
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing your own time and priorities
• Self-motivated, action- and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
