Description

Lead a team in a customer-centric Professional Services setting, partnering with clients to understand objectives and challenges, identify technical gaps, and surface opportunities for reuse and innovation. Design and implement solutions that meet client needs while complying with data and legal policies, and develop subject matter expertise in relevant industry trends. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members while driving business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team: set and communicate individual/team priorities, run regular 1:1s, provide feedback and coaching
• Partner with clients to understand goals and challenges; identify technical gaps and opportunities for solution reuse/innovation
• Design and implement compliant solutions that meet client needs
• Build subject matter expertise in trending industry spaces

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP)
• 8+ years coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
• Technical leadership experience, including leading business transformation initiatives

Benefits

• Individual pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and education/training
• US compensation range: $183000–$265000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
