Description

Humana seeks a Software Engineer 2 to develop and support Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for a growing primary care business. You will help build Salesforce-based applications that enable sales teams to connect prospective patients with senior-focused primary care services. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, and Lightning Components

• Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements and improve user experience

• Build and support custom workflows, automations, and platform-based solutions

• Assist with integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and integration platforms

• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and support of new features and enhancements

• Follow coding best practices, engineering standards, and security requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives)

• Perform peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop unit tests and support integration and user acceptance testing

• Troubleshoot issues and production defects; support deployments and post-release validation

• Monitor performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Support CI/CD processes and SDLC standards

• Maintain documentation (user stories, technical tasks, configuration/support documentation) in Azure DevOps (ADO)
