Description

Beyond classic admin/dev: build and extend modern Salesforce solutions with a strong front-end angle, including work with Headless Salesforce, and accelerate delivery using AI dev tools such as Claude Code / Codex.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex and Flows
• Configure Salesforce (standard/custom objects, sharing rules, reporting) to meet business needs
• Create dashboards and analytics based on Salesforce data
• Own delivery end-to-end: work with Product, manage the development lifecycle, and drive value to production
• Contribute to AI-accelerated development for faster, higher-quality Salesforce delivery

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering: Apex + LWC (Visualforce is a plus)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and data model
• Experience as a Lead is nice to have
• Comfortable working with Git and Jira
• Good English (B2/C1) and confidence working with senior stakeholders
