Description

You’ll develop and support Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that help sales teams connect prospective patients with senior-focused primary care services. In partnership with product owners, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, you’ll design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce-based applications using modern Salesforce technologies. You’ll also support integrations, CI/CD, production issue resolution, and documentation in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, and Lightning Components

  • Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements and improve user experience

  • Build and support custom workflows and automations

  • Assist with Salesforce integrations to enterprise systems using APIs and integration platforms

  • Participate in design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of features and enhancements

  • Execute unit tests; support integration testing and user acceptance testing

  • Troubleshoot application issues and production defects; perform root cause analysis

  • Support deployments and post-release validation; monitor performance

  • Maintain user stories, technical tasks, and development activities in Azure DevOps (ADO)

  • Create and update technical/configuration/support documentation and support knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of software engineering or application development experience

  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, or OmniStudio)

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Health Cloud experience is a plus

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or connected enterprise applications

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices

  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve development productivity, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation

  • Understanding of AI concepts: Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic development

  • Successful completion of Humana’s AI skills assessment

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment

  • Remote work requirements: dedicated work space and minimum internet speeds (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
