Description

You will actively drive an organization-wide Microsoft 365 transformation, working closely with the leadership of digital transformation to support technical decisions. Responsibilities include migration execution, secure and compliant administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, and post–Go-Live operations and enhancements. You will also support the introduction of Copilot, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Technical steering and support of the Microsoft 365 migration

• Administer and further develop Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, and selected Azure components

• Support building and operating the Azure infrastructure

• Implement security and compliance requirements

• Support rollout of Copilot, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Provide second-level support for Microsoft 365 topics

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate closely with the implementation partner during migration

• Own operations and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 landscape after Go-Live

Requirements

• Comprehensive practical experience with Microsoft 365 migrations in an enterprise environment

• Very strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune

• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview

• Good PowerShell scripting skills for daily Microsoft 365 administration

• Initial practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure (e.g., virtual machines, virtual networks, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor) or willingness to learn

• Highly service-oriented, structured, and independent working approach

• Fluent German and English
