Description

You will develop, operate, and continuously optimize modern Workplace and Security solutions to improve the security of the global IT landscape. You will translate legal security requirements into technical solutions and plan, run, and enhance security controls in the Microsoft 365 environment—especially Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, EDR/XDR, and email security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Security to design suitable security solutions within the IT infrastructure

• Convert legal security requirements into technical implementations for the company

• Continuously plan, operate, and optimize M365 security solutions, with emphasis on Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, EDR/XDR, and email security

• Identify and implement new technologies, trends, and improvements to increase efficiency and performance of the infrastructure

• Work with international IT teams to ensure a secure, high-performing, future-oriented IT infrastructure aligned with business requirements

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in computer science or a comparable field

• Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 solutions and the Microsoft Security Stack

• Strong knowledge of Intune, Conditional Access, and email security

• Good understanding of security concepts and protocols

• Independent working style and interest in cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Very good German and good English proficiency
