Description

You will create software architectures for military systems using a modeling tool and align architecture decisions with system architects and software requirements engineers. You’ll support the software development team with architectural baseline decisions, verify code-quality requirements, and produce UML diagrams (activity, data flow, state) while maintaining detailed understanding of software units. You will also handle technical documentation at the development level.

Responsibilities

• Create software architectures for military systems using a modeling tool

• Coordinate the software architecture with system architects and Software Requirements Engineers

• Support the software development team in defining key architectural principles

• Ensure compliance with code-quality requirements

• Create activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, and state diagrams

• Maintain detailed knowledge of software units

• Produce and maintain technical documentation at the development level

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or comparable qualification

• Experience with modeling tools (Enterprise Architect/Rhapsody)

• Experience with technical documentation in Confluence

• Experience with Jira and Bitbucket

• Strong working knowledge of UML

• Experience with C/C++/C# and the Qt framework

• CPSA certification is desirable
