Description

You will plan, steer, and implement initiatives in Linux server operations and support operations teams with analysis, setup, rollout, tracking, and delivery of projects of varying scope. The work includes building, optimizing, and documenting technical systems, processes, and standards, with optional implementation of IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement initiatives across Linux server operations, middleware, containers, and individual developments

• Provide temporary support to operations teams for analysis, setup, rollout, steering, tracking, and implementation of projects

• Build, optimize, and document technical systems, processes, and standards

• Optional: implement IT service management processes to improve customer value

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux server operations and operating business-critical IT services (including middleware, containers, and custom developments)

• Demonstrable experience delivering initiatives with real customer benefit

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into concrete actions

• Strong willingness to take responsibility and achieve measurable results

• Solid knowledge of Linux administration, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and automation

• Advantageous: experience in highly available, security-critical, or regulated IT environments

• Advantageous: experience with identity-, security-, or trust-center-related services

• Advantageous: experience with ITSM tools
