Description

You will maintain and implement IT systems for healthcare, including solutions delivered under KPO, with responsibility for Linux operational environments in both production and non-production setups. The role covers administration, high availability architecture changes, monitoring, incident analysis, and support for deployments and service improvements, including on-call duty to ensure continuity of critical systems. You will also collaborate with technical teams and external vendors, and create and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and deploy IT systems for healthcare, including KPO solutions

  • Administer and ensure continuity of Linux-based operating environments

  • Analyze technical and business requirements for implementability and operations

  • Support design and evolution of system and infrastructure architecture

  • Plan and implement architecture changes to ensure availability, performance, and security

  • Identify infrastructure requirements (hardware, OS, supporting software)

  • Create and update technical/operational documentation and runbooks

  • Monitor environments, analyze incidents, and diagnose and resolve technical problems

  • Support implementation processes, acceptance testing, and IT service maintenance/development

  • Collaborate with technical teams and external providers maintaining and developing services

  • Participate in infrastructure inventory, growth planning, and management

  • Support IT projects during rollout, migration, maintenance, and optimization

  • Perform other role-scope tasks and supervisor instructions; work in shifts and take part in on-call coverage

Requirements

  • Experience working with high availability (HA) environments and clustering configuration

  • Very good Linux administration knowledge (RHEL or similar) in production environments

  • Experience configuring and managing system services: Apache, Nginx, SSH, DNS, DHCP, systemd

  • Knowledge of automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet

  • Ability to monitor and analyze performance using tools like Zabbix and Grafana

  • Knowledge of Linux security mechanisms: access control, SELinux, iptables/nftables firewalls, security patching

  • Ability to work with virtualization and/or container platforms (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Basic scripting in Bash or Python

  • Ability to work according to ITIL/DevOps processes (incidents, problems, changes), including log diagnosis and applying fixes

  • Current certificate of no criminal record (KRK)

  • Education and experience: higher education + 3 years experience OR secondary education + 5 years experience
