Description

You will operate, maintain, and continuously optimize the Identity and Access Management infrastructure, especially Identity Provider systems (e.g., Keycloak) and user directories (e.g., LDAP). You will ensure the availability, performance, and security of authentication and authorization services while improving operational processes through automation. The role also includes maintaining technical documentation and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and continuously optimize Identity and Access Management infrastructure
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of authentication and authorization services
• Automate and improve configuration and operational processes
• Build, maintain, and continuously update technical documentation and standards

Requirements

• Experience operating Linux-based Identity and Access Management systems and user directories
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OIDC, OAuth2, JWT)
• Solid Linux hands-on practice and secure use of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Ability to share knowledge and support colleagues with technical questions
• Experience with configuration automation (e.g., Puppet, Git) (preferred)
• Knowledge of operating application servers or container technologies (preferred)
• Experience operating load balancers (e.g., NGINX or similar) (preferred)
• Experience with highly available, security-critical, or regulated IT environments (preferred)
