IT Engineer – Single Sign-On / IAM (f/m)

Location & Work Model

• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote
• Work must be performed from Poland
• English is the working language

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with application teams and guide them through the application onboarding process to IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)
• Perform onboarding configuration in development/test and production environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding process
• Select and implement the appropriate integration method based on application requirements: OIDC, SAML, or Web Reverse Proxy (junctions)

Requirements – MUST HAVE

• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Reverse Proxy Server configuration and application integration
• Practical experience with OpenID Connect (OIDC) and application integration
• Knowledge of and hands-on configuration experience with OAuth2
• Experience with SAML / Identity Federation
• Strong communication skills and experience working with application teams
• Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently
• Very good command of English

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) or IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
