IT Engineer – Single Sign-On / IAM (f/m)

We are looking for an IT Engineer specializing in Access Management / IAM to join a long-term project in an international environment. Your main responsibility will be onboarding applications to IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.Location & Work ModelGdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw / ŁódźHybrid model: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remoteWork must be performed from PolandEnglish is the working languageResponsibilitiesCooperating with application teams and guiding them through the application onboarding process to IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)Performing onboarding configuration in both development/test and production environmentsTroubleshooting technical issues during the onboarding processSelecting and implementing the appropriate integration method depending on application requirements: OIDC, SAML, or Web Reverse Proxy (junctions)Requirements – MUST HAVEHands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), including implementation, configuration, and troubleshootingExperience with Reverse Proxy Server configuration and application integrationPractical experience with OpenID Connect (OIDC) and application integrationKnowledge and hands-on configuration experience with OAuth2Experience with SAML / Identity FederationStrong communication skills and experience working with application teamsAnalytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solvingAbility to work independentlyVery good command of EnglishNice to HaveExperience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) or IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)Experience working in Agile / SAFe environmentsWhat You Can ExpectOpportunity to work with an enterprise-grade IAM platformReal impact on security and authentication solutions used across a large organizationExposure to various integration technologies, including OIDC, SAML, OAuth2, and Reverse ProxyStable, long-term projectInternational working environment
