Description

As an IT Security & Information Security Administrator, you help shape the group’s IT security architecture and contribute to the global conceptual and strategic development of material secrecy controls. You advise the IT security officer on IT-VS administration procedures and work closely with IT and information security teams. You also support reviews and implementation of secrecy measures across group locations and develop IT-VS administration documentation such as role and access concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the group’s IT security architecture as an IT-VS administrator

  • Contribute to worldwide conceptual and strategic development of material secrecy (IT-VS)

  • Advise the IT security officer in IT-VS administration processes

  • Collaborate with IT and information security teams

  • Support ITSG in reviewing how secrecy measures are implemented at group locations

  • Advise, support, and implement secrecy measures for IT-VS administration

  • Design and develop documents, e.g., role and authorization concept

  • Support ITSG in preparing information briefs for executive management and leadership

  • Lead meetings nationally and internationally in the context of IT-VS administration

  • Participate in central knowledge exchange on IT-VS administration and take ownership of technical work packages

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science/IT security or extensive proven knowledge in IT and information security

  • First professional experience in IT or information security

  • Knowledge of international IT and information security standards (e.g., ISO-27001, Australia ISM, US NIST, UK DEFSTAN, OCCAR, NATO)

  • Relevant IT and information security certification (e.g., IT-Grundschutz-Praktiker, CISSP, CEH)

  • Basic experience with security clearance procedures is advantageous

  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)

  • High commitment, motivation, teamwork, and resilience

  • Strong self-initiative, structured and solution-oriented working style, and excellent communication skills

  • Willingness for training and business travel
