The Mission

Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise management systems, ensuring top-tier implementation quality and driving meaningful transformation for partners.

What you will bring to the team

• Implementation Background: At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying D365 BC, specifically within Finance, Manufacturing, or Logistics streams.
• Process Mastery: A deep grasp of business workflows combined with the ability to translate functional system features into operational value. A technical understanding of the architecture is a strong plus.
• Project Governance: Proficiency in handling complex data migration strategies, along with project estimation, planning, and cost management.
• Strategic Consulting: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to advise on system enhancements and customized solutions.
• Communication: Fluency in English (B2+ or higher) is essential for seamless collaboration and documentation.

• Technical depth: Ability to code or understand AL programming.
• Multilingualism: Proficiency in German or other European languages.
