Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-implementation analyses and client workshops
• Analyze business processes and translate them into solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Design functional solutions matching real organizational needs
• Lead full implementation cycles: analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, production launch (go-live), and post go-live support
• Configure and customize Business Central to align with client processes
• Prepare requirements and specifications for solutions requiring developer work
• Collaborate with developers, Project Managers, and other consultants
• Verify solutions and ensure quality before go-live
• Run presentations, workshops, and trainings for users
• Support clients in decisions about developing their ERP environment
• Solve complex functional and process issues
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central as a functional consultant, implementation specialist, or ERP analyst
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations (from first workshop through go-live)
• Ability to independently conduct pre-implementation analyses and document requirements
• Very good understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, sales, warehouse, production)
• Ability to design solutions in Business Central (not only use standard configuration)
• Strong ability to lead client meetings and workshops
• Ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to assess when standard Business Central is sufficient vs dedicated solutions are needed
• Independence, responsibility, and strong priority management
• Clear recommendation justification, including challenging the client’s initial ideas
• Fluent communication in English
