Description

You analyze customer problems, identify core requirements with stakeholders, and translate complex business logic into precise technical specifications. You visualize processes and system components using modeling standards such as BPMN 2.0, DMN, and UML, and you help design technically optimized target processes. Depending on the project, you may also assume Product Owner responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and prioritize requirements with stakeholders

• Translate business logic into detailed technical specifications

• Create clear visual models for processes and system components (BPMN 2.0, DMN, UML)

• Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) effectively

• Support Product Owner tasks when required

Requirements

• Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation

• Ability to analyze existing process landscapes and design (technical) target processes

• Confident use of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and UML

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or comparable IT-focused qualification

• Fluent German at C1 level

• Willingness to travel in the Hannover region and to NRW for client work
