Description

Build, configure, and maintain a Linux-based system and support VPN solutions from configuration through commissioning. Optimize network and system performance, collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain a Linux-based system
• Configure and commission VPN solutions
• Support optimization of network and system performance
• Work with customers to understand and implement technical requirements
• Maintain technical documentation and perform knowledge transfer in the team

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or degree, or comparable qualification (career changers welcome with relevant experience)
• Solid Linux administration knowledge
• Experience configuring VPN tunnels (e.g., OpenVPN, IPSec, WireGuard)
• Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Python or a comparable language for scripts and automation
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style
• Good German and English skills
