Description

In this IT Systems Management apprenticeship, you will learn both the technical and business sides of IT services. You will support service assignments, assist with troubleshooting and incident handling, and help with setting up workplace equipment and devices. You will also contribute to offer creation, reporting, inventory management, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to service assignments and support as a service provider for defects, incidents/disruptions, and new setup of workplace equipment and SB devices
• Accompany customer deployments and learn the technical aspects behind the provided solutions
• Support offer creation, reporting, warehouse stock/inventory management, and invoice preparation
