Description

You will develop innovative software systems for banking IT, analyze and optimize business processes, and work on applications used by millions of users. You gain early exposure to day-to-day operations and across teams and projects, from application development to customer support. You also participate in onboarding weeks, workshops, seminars, hackathons, health events, and IT training, with increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Abitur or Fachabitur (expected soon)
• Interest in current IT technologies, especially methodological and conceptual aspects
• Strong willingness for communication and conflict resolution
