Description

You will evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness. The role requires performing online research to verify information, applying project rating guidelines consistently, and supporting decisions with documented evidence. You will also attend training and ongoing quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Assess search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness
• Run online research to verify information and support rating decisions
• Apply rating guidelines consistently and maintain required quality standards
• Document edge cases, gaps in guidelines, and task-related problems
• Provide clear written feedback and justifications for ratings when needed
• Participate in trainings, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality assessments
• Meet productivity requirements while maintaining high work quality

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Resident in Germany for the last 5 consecutive years
• Familiarity with current and historical topics in business, media, sports, news, social media, and culture
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and research ability
• Experience using web browsers, search engines, and online research tools
• Daily access to reliable broadband internet, a smartphone, and a personal computer
• Proven research capability via work experience or a strong track record in independent research and information verification
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently
• High creativity and logical thinking; ability to achieve consistent goals
• Successful completion of project-specific training and qualification tests
• Ongoing success in regular quality assessments and performance monitoring
