Description

Build secure, reliable and cost-efficient cloud solutions with interdisciplinary teams and customers. You will automate and enable audit-ready deployments and rollouts, and ensure operational excellence through observability, hardening, and cost/resource management. Stay current with DevOps and cloud engineering developments and share knowledge through communities and events.

Responsibilities

  • Design individual cloud architectures for high-quality, sustainable software solutions

  • Enable automated, audit-ready deployments and rollouts using IaC, configuration management tools, and reusable deployment patterns

  • Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-efficient operations using observability tools, hardening measures, and cost/resource management

  • Continuously improve and share knowledge with teams and communities of practice

  • Support technical sales with domain expertise

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable education

  • Very good German and English skills (C1)

  • Practical experience with cloud/DevOps and its technology ecosystem

  • Experience using Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and GitLab

  • Hands-on software development experience and understanding of software architectures

  • Strong focus on security, observability, and cost efficiency

  • DevOps mindset as culture and continuous improvement; active participation in knowledge sharing

  • Cloud-provider certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, StackIT) are a plus
