Description

You will provide 2nd level technical support for issues escalated by the 1st level support team, including problem analysis and root-cause troubleshooting. You will support IT projects and act as a technical point of contact for the Account Manager. You will also maintain and update the knowledge base and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager as a technical point of contact

• Contribute to and run IT projects

• Take ownership of technical requests escalated from 1st level support

• Perform problem analysis and identify causes to resolve issues

• Update and maintain the knowledge base and documentation

Requirements

• Completed IT apprenticeship or degree or equivalent qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience

• Solid technical IT expertise across client, server, and networking

• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments

• Microsoft 365 knowledge is an advantage

• Very high team and customer orientation

• Independent and accountable working style

• Professional demeanor; self-directed and structured work

• Excellent German skills (written and spoken)

• Live near Leipzig or be willing to relocate
