Description

You will develop modern data solutions and use innovative AI-supported development processes to help shape the future of the software landscape. The work focuses on spec-driven AI and AI coding agents, while you build and improve backend-focused web applications. You will also maintain and evolve frameworks and development standards for spec-driven AI.

Responsibilities

• Work on new developments and drive them independently
• Build applications using modern spec-driven AI methods and AI coding agents (e.g., AI-DLC, FIRE, Superpowers)
• Develop and maintain frameworks and engineering standards for spec-driven AI; continuously improve them
• Further develop and maintain web applications, with a focus on the backend
• Identify process and workflow optimization opportunities, propose improvements, implement them, and drive your area innovatively

Requirements

• Strong interest in modern software development and technologies around spec-driven AI (e.g., AI-DLC)
• Very good knowledge of Python
• High data affinity
• Quick learning ability and strong communication skills
• German at native level or C1
• Ideally: degree in Computer Science, training as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), or comparable qualification
