Summary

The Senior AI Software Engineer role is central to driving transformation through innovative AI solutions. This position focuses on effective collaboration, high cybersecurity and compliance standards, and rapid value delivery within an agile team environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class AI-enabled features for products.
• AI Integration: Implement and integrate AI technologies, such as Generative AI, machine learning models, or Natural Language Processing (NLP), to enhance platform capabilities.
• Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI platform features, ensuring compatibility with other services and APIs.
• Rapid Problem-Solving: Quickly fix bugs and solve problems related to AI performance, model integration, or data pipeline issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving AI development processes.
• Provide hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and structured feedback through code reviews and design sessions.
• Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud services.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven track record in AI product development.
• Expertise in Python; experience with Java, Scala, or C# is valuable.
• Knowledge in microservices and GraphQL.
• Experience with DevOps tools (ADO pipelines, Docker) and model deployments (MLOps, LLMOps, AIOps).
• Strong understanding of data management and structures.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of distributed architectures and Akka.
• Experience with NLP projects.
• Background in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Cloud certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
