Description

Lead the product development of healthcare software that helps hospitals with the quality topics they manage operationally. You will translate regulatory updates into software requirements, prioritize functional needs, and shape roadmaps and release planning while working closely with development and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for an interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with development, Product Owners, and other specialist areas
• Assess regulatory changes (e.g., G-BA, IQTIG, DeQS) and convert them into functional requirements for software development
• Create and prioritize functional requirements; contribute to roadmaps and release planning
• Represent the company in expert committees and working groups and actively exchange with relevant stakeholders
• Advance existing software products and actively help shape a central platform solution

Requirements

• Degree in health sciences, nursing sciences, medicine, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a comparable healthcare role
• Multi-year practical experience with regulatory requirements in hospital settings (DeQS, G-BA, IQTIG)
• Experience at the interface of domain and IT; ability to translate domain and regulatory requirements into digital solutions
• German language proficiency: native or fully negotiable
