Description

You will help develop and assure the quality of medical documentation and billing software solutions (ID DIACOS® and ID EFIX®). The work includes translating clinical/coding needs into domain requirements, reviewing and evaluating functionalities, and performing software tests from a medical-encoding perspective. You will also support customer projects and contribute new product ideas.

Responsibilities

• Content-related further development and quality assurance of ID DIACOS® and ID EFIX®
• Create domain requirements and evaluate software functionality
• Conduct software tests from a domain/clinical perspective
• Generate ideas for new product concepts and enhancements
• Manage and support customer projects in Germany and Switzerland

Requirements

• Prior experience in medical controlling or as a medical coding specialist, with relevant training or a degree
• Strong knowledge of clinical coding and experience using MD
• In-depth knowledge of G-DRG and PEPP (ideally also SWISS DRG, TARPSY and STREHA)
• Interest in further developing digital healthcare solutions
• Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing work, with confident delivery in training and presentations
• Willingness for occasional business travel and participation in trade fairs
• German at least C1 level
• Leadership experience is a plus
