Description

Lead complex software development for a financial-sector client, including design and implementation of complex applications with a focus on performance and scalability. Provide technical leadership through documentation, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of resolving complex bugs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Produce in-depth technical documentation and provide guidance to junior developers
• Identify and resolve complex bugs to improve software integrity
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure software solutions meet business needs
• Mentor junior team members and drive initiatives to refine development processes
