Description

You will administer and develop internal systems, tools, and cloud infrastructure for company teams. Depending on your experience, you will take operational responsibilities and help translate business requirements into solutions from concept through productive operation. You will also integrate AI tools and AI-supported workflows into day-to-day processes while improving CI/CD and cloud deployment capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve internal systems, tools, and cloud infrastructure

  • Take on initial operational tasks and/or design systems and processes independently based on experience

  • Introduce AI tools and AI-supported workflows into day-to-day operations and drive their ongoing improvement

  • Translate specialist/business requirements into working solutions from idea to productive operation

  • Work in a team using modern methods; version and automate with GitHub and Azure for deployment

  • Support building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines; take first tasks or lead independently depending on experience

  • Build and/or expand expertise in container operations (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud deployments

Requirements

  • Completed degree, IT training (e.g., Fachinformatik), or comparable qualification

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID) and/or automation

  • Interest in AI technologies and willingness to apply and further develop them in practice

  • Motivation to learn about deployment, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration or to contribute existing knowledge

  • Team player who is curious and committed to continuous learning and (eventually) growing responsibility

  • German language skills at least C1 (required)
