Description

You will work with customers to design and implement cloud infrastructure architectures, integrating on-premises systems and enabling cloud migrations. The role includes building IaaS/PaaS solutions, implementing landing zones, and developing security, governance, and identity concepts. You will also automate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), while supporting presales with technical architecture and effort estimates.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and support project onboarding using the Cloud Adoption Framework

• Design cloud infrastructure architecture and implement it according to defined concepts

• Integrate on-premises systems into the cloud and support infrastructure migration

• Design and implement CI/CD processes; automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)

• Support presales by creating technical architecture concepts and estimating effort

• Coach the Cloud Team on technologies and actively contribute to the Cloud Community

Requirements

• Completed degree or IT-focused training plus multi-year experience in public & hybrid cloud

• Deep understanding of cloud architectures and strategies with project experience as Cloud Architect

• Knowledge to design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions (especially IaaS & PaaS)

• Experience implementing landing zone concepts and developing security, governance, and identity concepts

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to explain complex topics clearly

• Customer orientation and strong communication; team-oriented mindset

• Deep AI expertise and ability to shape responsible AI usage

• Very good German and good English skills for safe communication
