Description

ServiceNow is a global tool used to manage enterprise business processes. As an architect, you will collaborate with project teams involved in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the NowPlatform, leading solutions for the IRM module aligned with best practices and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module
• Develop and maintain IRM architecture, including integrations with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications
• Oversee customization/configuration for IRM requirements (risk assessment, compliance management, audit management)
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and provide technical guidance to ensure business needs are met
• Lead a team of developers to build custom applications, workflows, and reports
• Apply testing and quality assurance best practices to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics; recommend improvements and optimizations
• Train and support end-users and administrators on IRM solutions
• Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and processes
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM trends; advocate continuous improvement and innovation
• Identify and mitigate technical risks for IRM implementation and operations
• Ensure IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM
• Experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, or others)
• Proven advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or an economic field
