ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and solution design within the ServiceNow platform
• Lead ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives
• Guide development teams and perform architectural reviews
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions
• Support pre-sales activities when required, including estimations and solution proposals

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Language Requirements

• English level: C1 (advanced/fluent) — mandatory
• Ability to work with international clients and teams

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS-ITOM, or CTA certification
• Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of ITIL or Agile frameworks
• Pre-sales or client-facing experience
