ServiceNow Technical Architect - IRM

We are seeking ServiceNow platform architects passionate about creating innovative, bespoke client solutions. The role suits individuals who want to expand product knowledge, collaborate with global stakeholders across product workflows, initiate discussions, and oversee projects through post-go-live activities.

The opportunity

ServiceNow is used to manage Enterprise business processes. As an architect, you will collaborate with project teams implementing, configuring, and maintaining NowPlatform.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module in alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain IRM solution architecture, integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications as needed.
• Oversee ServiceNow platform customization and configuration for IRM requirements, including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Lead developers creating custom applications, workflows, and reports in ServiceNow.
• Implement testing and quality-assurance best practices to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics; recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Provide training and support to end users and administrators for effective use of IRM solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical-design, configuration, and process documentation for knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and IRM trends, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to implementing and operating IRM solutions.
• Ensure IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Skills and attributes for success

A comprehensive understanding of the platform and confidence delivering implementation, customization, or maintenance projects are required. This may be demonstrated through:

• Outstanding NowPlatform architecture knowledge with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in product customization, integration, implementation, or maintenance.
• Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC).

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM.
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages, such as JavaScript, C#, or Java.
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• English at C1 level or another European language.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economic field.
