Description

Lead design direction across complex, highly ambiguous product areas with an ecosystem-level perspective. Define and drive design direction and influence product strategy and experience architecture to ensure cohesive, scalable experiences across marketplace and provider surfaces. As the organization evolves toward AI-native product development, help define how design and engineering collaborate in an AI-driven environment and establish new standards for moving ideas from concept to production using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead design direction across complex, multi-team product areas, identifying high-leverage opportunities and guiding teams toward impactful solutions
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and leadership to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and drive alignment across ambiguous spaces
• Design and oversee cohesive, end-to-end experiences across systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across marketplace and provider and practice products
• Establish and evolve design systems, frameworks, and patterns that enable high-quality, extensible solutions across teams
• Elevate the quality bar through hands-on work, critique, and mentorship while connecting execution to a broader product and experience vision
• Drive efficient delivery of high-impact work, guiding tradeoffs between speed, fidelity, and long-term scalability
• Lead the integration of AI-native workflows, using emerging tools to accelerate concept-to-production cycles and define new ways of working
