Description

You will own end-to-end design across major surfaces of the OASIS platform, from problem framing through shipped product. The team moves fast and prototypes early, using prototypes to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint and to surface design challenges early. You will set the bar for design quality, push the system forward, and partner closely with PM and Engineering on consequential decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS, from problem framing through launch
• Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint
• Partner with PM and Engineering from the start of a problem, not at handoff
• Run user research with internal users and clients, and use what you learn to ground every decision in a real problem
• Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows
• Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team
• Influence design process and standards across the team, not just what ships

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience (ideally B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products)
• Portfolio showing depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft
• Fluent in rapid prototyping across Figma, Lovable, code, or other new tools, with a track record of resolving design questions early using prototypes
• Comfortable in ambiguity: can frame a problem, generate direction, and drive execution
• Ability to simplify complex systems for technical and operational users
• Strategic thinking and strong craft (long-term vision and pixel-level detail)
• Clear communication of design rationale to both VP-level stakeholders and engineers
• Curiosity about agentic AI and conversational UX with a point of view on where patterns are heading
