Senior Product Designer

Senior • Remote

18,000 - 22,000 PLN/yr

Krakow, MA, Poland

About the role

As a Product Designer, you will work on advanced SaaS products used by marketers, analysts, data teams and enterprise clients. This role goes beyond producing screens: it requires understanding complex problems, structuring ambiguity, exploring solution directions and taking responsibility for user-experience quality.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers and other Designers to turn product challenges into clear, useful and scalable interfaces. Independent problem-solving is central to the role: moving from vague business or user needs to well-considered design proposals by asking questions, analyzing context, challenging assumptions and creatively exploring solutions.

AI tools are expected to be a natural part of the design workflow and may support research, ideation, analysis, prototyping, writing, synthesis and design exploration.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Lead the design process in your product area, from discovery and problem framing through ideation, prototyping, validation and high-fidelity design.
  • Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive and scalable user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user-valuable, feasible and business-aligned solutions.
  • Independently investigate product problems, identify opportunities and propose improvements.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models and final UI designs.
  • Work with UX Researchers to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into better product decisions.
  • Use AI tools to speed exploration, support research, structure ideas, generate alternatives and improve communication.
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of the Design System.
  • Take ownership of user-experience quality in your product area.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Share knowledge, methods and good practices with designers and other team members.

What will make us a perfect match?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
  • Experience designing large, complex digital products; SaaS, B2B platforms, analytics tools, marketing tools, data products or enterprise software are preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showing final screens, thinking process, problem-solving approach and impact.
  • Very good practical knowledge of Figma and modern product design workflows.
  • Ability to work independently with ambiguous, complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to explore multiple solution directions before selecting the best one.
  • Strong ownership, accountability and attention to quality.
  • Good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility and interface patterns.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering and Research.
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Willingness to use AI tools in everyday design work.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn about AI, data, automation and complex product ecosystems.

What will convince us even more?

  • Experience improving one product iteratively over a longer period.
  • Design System experience, including creating components, documenting patterns or increasing adoption across teams.
  • Experience validating designs with qualitative or quantitative methods.
  • Experience designing products involving AI, automation, recommendations, analytics, data visualization or complex workflows.
  • Ability to run workshops, design reviews or discovery sessions.
  • Experience working closely with developers and constructively negotiating solution directions.
  • Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, copywriting, prototyping, competitive analysis, user-flow exploration or design critique.
  • Understanding of technical constraints and ability to discuss trade-offs with engineering teams.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment.

This role may not be for you if

  • You prefer receiving very detailed briefs before starting design work.
  • You are mainly interested in visual UI execution and do not enjoy product discovery or problem framing.
  • You are not comfortable working with complex, technical or data-heavy products.
  • You avoid discussions with engineers or product stakeholders.

What can we provide for you?

  • Opportunity to work in AI, Big Data and Automation.
  • Opportunity to have an impact on promoting and raising awareness of solutions among potential customers, business partners and the industry community.
  • Flat structure with ownership opportunities.
