• Role: Product Management / Product lifecycle and commercialization (Adhesive Technologies)

Description

Manage assigned products based on portfolio segmentation and attributes in line with SBU and technology strategy. Optimize product profitability by ideation, creation and execution of product cost projects; implement risk mitigation initiatives for assigned products and manage shortages for business continuation with minimized customer impact. Implement footprint optimization (localizations and product transfers), manage product lifecycle (product phase-in/phase-out and MOC), drive product-related customer communication and approvals, serve as contact for internal product related inquiries (PSRA), oversee supply risk mitigation and product cost management activities, and manage commercialization/NPI process for new products into the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably business, engineering, or related discipline)
• 8+ years’ experience in Product Management, Supply/Demand Planning or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous Project Management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
