Description

The Agentic Trading team builds automated, AI-driven trading experiences for consumers using an AI-first approach. As a Product Designer, you will define interaction models and shared patterns for agentic products, lead design from early exploration through launch, and turn ambiguous problems into simple, trustworthy experiences while partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and brokerage leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for trading products from early concepts through launch
  • Collaborate with product creative, product managers, engineers, and researchers to define product direction and user experience
  • Use large language models to explore product ideas, clarify user needs, and outline initial approaches
  • Create and iterate on prototypes, shaping flows and interactions while partnering with engineers to bring the strongest concepts into production
  • Translate complex financial and AI-driven concepts into clear, intuitive user interfaces
  • Present design work to cross-functional partners and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterations
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards, align with regulatory requirements, and support user trust

Requirements

  • Experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first experiences
  • Actively use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLMs as part of the design workflow
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted development tools (such as Clause Code), even if not writing production-level code
  • Ability to move from ambiguous problem spaces to clear, executable design solutions
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Experience working in regulated environments or on financial products (preferred)

  • Expected base pay range: Zone 1 $166,000–$195,000; Zone 2 $146,000–$172,000; Zone 3 $129,000–$152,000
