Description

Join a consumer marketing team to transform brand priorities into high-performing content and consumer experiences. Drive cross-channel content creation, optimization, personalization, and delivery, while scaling AI-enabled content production and improving speed to market. Collaborate across brand teams, agencies, creators, Digital Commerce, Analytics, and the Marketing Hub to increase engagement, conversion, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Marketing Hub strategies and activation priorities across content, social commerce, creator, affiliate, CRM, and digital marketing programs.

  • Develop and execute cross-channel content strategies across social media, eCommerce, retail media, CRM, content marketing, and other digital platforms.

  • Own and maintain the enterprise digital content calendar across social media, eCommerce, CRM, retail media, social commerce, and other channels.

  • Own planning and management of content workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and campaign execution processes.

  • Lead execution of social commerce programs including TikTok Shop and emerging commerce platforms.

  • Coordinate content development, campaign launches, optimization, and performance improvements with internal teams and external partners.

  • Partner with AI production teams to define asset requirements, content formats, testing variants, and production priorities.

  • Shape and scale AI-enabled content workflows through WPP Open and other emerging marketing technologies.

  • Support adoption of emerging marketing technologies and AI-enabled platforms via best practices, learnings, and repeatable workflows.

  • Continuously optimize digital content performance using testing, analytics, audience insights, and personalization.

  • Translate consumer insights into engaging digital experiences that strengthen brand relevance and business impact.

  • Identify opportunities to repurpose, adapt, and personalize content across channels to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Track KPIs and develop reporting demonstrating the impact of content and marketing technology investments for executive updates and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, eCommerce, CRM, marketing operations, or related commercial functions

  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-channel content development and campaign execution across multiple digital platforms

  • Experience managing content calendars, workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and cross-functional content operations

  • Experience working with agencies, creators, influencers, affiliate partners, or other external partners to execute integrated digital campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in evolving environments and establish new processes, workflows, technologies, and ways of working

  • Experience using testing, analytics, and performance insights to optimize content and engagement strategies

  • Strong project management, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively across matrixed teams, agencies, creators, and business partners

  • Working knowledge of content marketing, social media platforms, CRM, audience activation, digital campaign execution, personalization, and marketing analytics

  • Experience with content management systems, workflow tools, marketing technology platforms, AI-enabled marketing solutions, and digital collaboration tools

  • Familiarity with content optimization, A/B testing, performance measurement, and data-driven decision making

  • Understanding of creator marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, retail media, and eCommerce activation strategies

Benefits

  • Hybrid work schedule: up to 2 days/week telecommuting and 3 days/week in the corporate office

  • Starting pay (U.S.): $135,000.00 to $175,000.00; may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives
