Description

You will manage development activities to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, including reusable, scalable architecture components. The role emphasizes designing key moments in complex customer journeys, mentoring team members on Agile process and code/design reviews, and ensuring high quality and leading response times via benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, demo, and retrospective sessions as an Agile Scrum team member
• Manage development activities (strategic and tactical) to deliver the best-in-class experience
• Manage key architecture components that are reusable, scalable, and extensible for future enhancements
• Identify and design key moments during complex customer journeys across major services and product transactions
• Mentor team members by instructing Agile process, reviewing designs and code, and overseeing module integration and deployment
• Serve as point of contact when requested by Product Owners
• Create development environment for efficient testing and integration using fully automated CI/CD
• Ensure product quality and industry-leading response times through benchmarking assessments

Requirements

• 10+ years full lifecycle software development experience
• 2+ years management experience of large enterprise products or solutions
• 5+ years design and development experience in Java (Core Java, Spring, Web Services), JavaScript, Node.js, PM2, JSON and MongoDB, CouchBase
• 3+ years experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android)
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure from Amazon, Azure, GCP
• Experience with Junit, SonarQube, Kafka, Grunt, Jasmine
• Experience with source control packages such as Git
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to produce high quality, maintainable software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
