Description

The Shipping Coordinator will coordinate and execute all shipments, using sound, independent judgment and decision-making along with the ability to think “big picture” in relation to overall quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required paperwork correctly and completely for domestic and international shipments

• Schedule shipments with carriers as required by customer routings

• Communicate boxing requirements and priorities to the carpenter shop as needed

• Cross train and support across Shipping Coordinator team

• Complete quality checks prior to shipments

• Review sales order requirements for current, upcoming and past due orders

• Maintain accurate traceability for all records created during shipment of products

Requirements

• 6+ months logistics, retail, or customer service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
