Description

As an MDM Engineer, you will support and enhance enterprise mobility and endpoint management services for global clients. You will use Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of corporate and personal devices across modern workplace environments.

You will work within a global infrastructure team to improve operational stability, security, and continuous improvement of device management services while supporting users and business operations in line with agreed service levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE to provide secure and reliable endpoint management services
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle activities across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, including Conditional Access, compliance policies, and application protection policies
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications (packaging, distribution, updates, store management)
• Support integrations and platform services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager (ABM), VPP, certificates, and Workspace ONE components
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to device management, application deployment, compliance, access, and mobility services
• Execute service requests and changes according to operational procedures, security standards, and change management processes
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support in line with agreed service levels

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE UEM
• Strong understanding of MDM and Enterprise Mobility Management across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
• Experience managing device lifecycle processes: enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, inventory management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, compliance policies, and identity integration technologies
• Experience supporting BYOD, corporate-owned, and shared-device environments with a focus on security and user experience
• Practical knowledge of application packaging, deployment, and mobile application lifecycle management
• Experience working with ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change Management), preferably using ServiceNow
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
