Description

Join the team as an intern supporting SAP Application Maintenance and SAP Transport Management processes. Help maintain SAP environments and support transport management activities across development, test, and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP environments and support transport management activities across development, test, and production systems
• Monitor SAP transport flows, support transport migrations, and resolve operational issues
• Support Application Maintenance processes: system monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives
• Use SAP Solution Manager to support change and transport management processes
• Collaborate with experienced team members to learn SAP landscape administration, deployment, and release management processes
• Document projects, changes, and operational procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting while developing technical and analytical skills

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in SAP systems, Change Management, and Transport Management processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or willingness to quickly develop skills
• Familiarity with SQL
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Bonus Points

• Interest in SAP systems and transport management processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP BW Modeling, or ABAP development concepts
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Communicative German language skills
• Experience in direct contact with customers
