Description

As a Senior Markets & Securities Services Business Analyst – Data Governance & Risk, you will support a multi-year change program focused on enhancing Product Control processes, improving data quality, and strengthening governance standards. Your contributions will impact the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of critical market data operations, fostering strategic growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and optimize FX position processes within Product Control, sharing insights with Traded Risk teams
  • Analyze P&L explain data exceptions, identify root causes, and support resolution strategies
  • Enhance governance around adjustments, improving documentation and capturing root cause information
  • Develop tools to visualize and streamline adjustment review routines
  • Manage resolution of data exceptions, including requirements documentation, stakeholder alignment, testing, and go-live support
  • Produce comprehensive project analysis to support the Product Control Change Manager
  • Maintain all documentation in accordance with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF)
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, providing clarity on estimations, requirements, and testing
  • Liaise with Finance, Product Control, and IT teams to confirm requirements and ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Markets and Securities Services or a related line role
  • Strong knowledge of Global Market Products and operational behaviors
  • Proven project delivery experience, particularly in data quality, governance, and data lineage documentation
  • Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle and relevant qualifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proven relationship-building and influencing skills across business and technical teams
  • Existing legal right to work in the European Union
