Description

As a Senior Business Analyst focusing on Financial Markets & Regulatory Compliance, you will analyze, model, and optimize essential processes within Treasury, Markets, and regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, EMIR Refit, and IBOR/POLSTR reform. Contribute to shaping the future of financial technology and ensure compliance with evolving regulations, opening avenues for professional growth and impactful projects.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business and regulatory requirements related to Treasury, Markets, and compliance standards such as EMIR, EMIR Refit, and IBOR/POLSTR.
  • Model and define processes, creating clear specifications for IT development teams.
  • Conduct workshops with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Collaborate on system integration and data flow analysis within Trade Lifecycle Management, OTC Derivatives, and Trade Reporting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts through understanding of EMIR, Central Clearing, and OTC Derivatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams for seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Contribute to transformational projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory adherence in Financial Markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury, Markets, and compliance processes.
  • Proven experience with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, EMIR Refit, and IBOR/POLSTR.
  • Expertise in process modeling and defining detailed business and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Trade Lifecycle Management, OTC Derivatives, Central Clearing, and Trade Reporting.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent command of English and Polish.

Nice to have

  • Experience with POLSTR, CCP Clearing, OTC Derivatives, or Calypso.
  • Skills in BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect.
  • Participation in transformative projects within Financial Markets.
  • Certifications or experience in system integration and data analysis.

Language Required for the Role

Fluent English and Polish.
