Description

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA, translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs. Work across business and technical domains to drive continuous evolution of systems supporting global logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as key liaison between business units, development teams, and QA teams.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
• Design detailed functional specifications and support the definition of end-to-end business processes.
• Work closely with solution architects to shape application design and functional concepts.
• Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements and ensuring a shared understanding of specifications.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and workshops with business and technical teams.
• Plan releases and milestones together with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Functional Design, or similar role within complex software environments.
• Ability to work comfortably across both business and technical topics on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and functional specifications independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to requirements engineering.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between business and IT.
• Excellent English communication skills with ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships across global teams.
• AsciiDoc (nice to have).
