Description

Own end-to-end product development for the squad—design, guide, and deliver features that solve customer problems, working backwards from user needs to technical solutions. Lead the Value Stream within the Product House to ensure alignment with engineering and product standards; collaborate with Product Managers to set goals, manage sprints, drive team metrics, and ensure quality delivery through effective mentorship of developers. Collaborate with QA teams in other locations to ensure continuous delivery and 12-hour development cycles; be accountable for cycle time, release quality, and customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development

• Lead the value stream and align with group engineering/product standards

• Set goals with Product Managers; manage sprints and improve team metrics

• Ensure quality delivery via mentorship and architectural guidance

• Collaborate with QA for continuous delivery and 12-hour development cycles

• Eliminate customer pain points: fix bugs, analyze root causes, resolve technical debt

• Address security, scalability, and performance to maintain product reliability and trust

• Provide architectural guidance, design system components, and technical specifications

• Prepare comprehensive testing strategies to ensure quality at scale

• Perform technology analysis, proof-of-concepts, and system evaluations to reduce risk

• Ensure seamless deployment on existing environments while designing for future growth

• Foster best practices, share knowledge, and develop team capability

Requirements

• Experience in an agile product development environment

• 3+ years of team management and/or system design experience

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience

• Extensive knowledge of used technologies:

  • Backend: C#, .Net, Entity Framework, SQL

  • Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Angular JS, Angular

• Extensive knowledge of used tools: Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Docker, Redis

• Extensive knowledge of software design and architecture, software testing, system integration, and system administration

• Working knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery

• Working knowledge of information security and privacy

• Understanding of product management, UX/UI design, IT service management

• Customer obsession

• Strong collaboration skills
