• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and deliver with speed and quality
• Negotiate offers, onboard candidates, and ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in contract staffing or C2H hiring for IT/tech roles in India
• Strong understanding of the Indian staffing market and its aggressive timelines
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
• High energy, target-driven, and a sales-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
