Description

Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services by maintaining compliance with Service Management Standards and high data quality. Support incident resolution and ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives. Deliver infrastructure changes with automation, performance, and security in focus while driving automation, continuous integration, and high availability through monitoring, and proactively identifying and resolving risks in batch management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Service Management Standards and high data quality
• Support incident resolution and ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives
• Deliver infrastructure changes using automation with performance and security focus
• Drive automation, continuous integration, and high availability through monitoring
• Proactively identify and resolve risks in batch management
• Own critical batch processes (End of Day/Month/Year)
• Work within Incident, Change, and Problem Management under SLA

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of JCL for IBM z/OS on Mainframe
• Deep knowledge of TWS/IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler)
• Strong batch error resolution skills
• Basic knowledge of Horizont IWS Graph, BatchCP, BatchAD & XINFO
• IBM-DWC knowledge (appreciated)
• Strong communication with management and stakeholders
• Ownership of critical batch processes (End of Day/Month/Year)
• Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management within SLA
