Project Manager

Salary ranges

• PLN 7,700–12,000 monthly gross — contract of employment
• PLN 9,300–14,400 monthly before tax — long-term B2B contract, plus 16 paid days off

Project Manager duties

• Manage budget, scope, and timeline; report development progress to stakeholders.
• Work directly with external clients, build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and maintain a business-oriented approach.
• Coordinate the development of design and software solutions; take ownership of overall project success with team support and onboarding best practices.
• Motivate, support, and guide the project team.
• Create or facilitate the creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when needed.
• Identify improvements and question the status quo.
• Handle unpredictable situations and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and at least 2.5 years of experience managing diverse Agile IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and project-management tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or equivalent.
• Experience continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against software-development best practices.
• Experience understanding client needs across business models and proactively helping clients choose suitable solutions.
• Technical knowledge enabling smooth communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1+ and Polish at C2 level.

Nice to have

• Presales experience, including uncovering prospective client needs and constraints and creating compelling offers.
• Hands-on e-commerce experience and domain knowledge.
• Product Owner experience.
• Experience running courses, workshops, or presentations.
• Experience with risk management and report creation.
