Senior IT Business Analyst with AI - Freelance

The project is planned for 3 months.

Planned start: ASAP.

Salary range: up to 180 PLN/h.

Contract: B2B.

Tasks

• Transform the client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.
• Create and maintain project and process documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production, not only PoCs or demos.
• Agentic automation feasibility assessment.
• Agent workflow design, including human-in-the-loop and escalation conditions; building metrics and evaluations.
• Cost/TCO analysis.
• Agent monitoring.
• Excellent English and Polish skills.
